Design & Build
Blue Dolphin Building Company Ltd specialise in Designing and Building extensions, loft conversations and major internal/external refurbishment.
We will initially provide you with provisional figures (free of charge) and then if you choose too, our architect will work closely with you to prepare detailed plans for submission to the Council. Our architect fees will be agreed with you in advance. At this stage there is no further liability on your part to Blue Dolphin Building Company Ltd.
When the plans have been prepared will then provide you with a detailed specification and costings. Both parties then sign a contract (prepared by Federation of Master Builders and approved by “Plain English” Council.
Detailed in the contract are start dates, anticipated finish dates, hours of work and detailed specification of work to be completed.
Once a specification has been agreed, then these prices are fixed. The only time they will change is if Building Control requires us to change something or you change the specification.
